Quality Technician

About the role

The Quality Technician supports production by performing technical duties within defined time frames and contributes to continuous improvement projects. The role ensures that processes meet quality standards and that new team members are trained on standard operating procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Execute technical tasks and activities according to schedule.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving process and technical efficiency.
• Train new personnel on standard operating procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information and materials.
• Identify problems, propose remedies, and implement solutions.
• Provide periodic status reports in written and verbal formats.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to ensure continuity and efficiency.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Beginning knowledge of job content.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Successful track record in previous work experiences.
• 1‑3 years of relevant work experience.
