RAM Engineer

About the role

The RAM Engineer provides first‑level support for manufacturing applications and automated equipment in the plant. He/she is responsible for implementing, maintaining and continuously updating all manufacturing information systems while driving the introduction of new technologies in the assembly lines.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage Manufacturing Information Systems across all business units.
• Integrate and support automated equipment, updating production systems to meet model year, engineering and production requirements.
• Develop and maintain source code for electrical test stations according to product specifications.
• Introduce and integrate new equipment into the manufacturing environment.
• Provide operational support through a Service Desk web portal.
• Lead technological innovation projects as part of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Uphold BRP values, ensure a safe working environment and take accountability for safety topics.
• Enforce BRP quality policies.

Required profile

• Experience in first‑level support for manufacturing applications and automated equipment.
• Proven ability to implement, maintain and update manufacturing information systems.
• Familiarity with electrical test station programming and equipment integration.
• Strong orientation toward continuous improvement, safety and quality compliance.
