Raw Material Planner – LATAM

About the role

Monster Energy is looking for a proactive Raw Material Planner to ensure the seamless flow of raw materials across Latin America. You will own the end‑to‑end planning process, guaranteeing that the right quantities arrive at the right time to support production and sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop weekly, monthly and annual supply plans and trigger purchase orders accordingly.
• Generate shipping instructions for the international logistics team and monitor order arrivals.
• Confirm purchase orders with local vendors, managing delivery dates, quantities and units of measure.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and cross‑functional teams.
• Identify potential stock‑outs, expedite orders and ensure timely goods delivery.
• Control inventory levels in production and sales, maintain digital and physical proof of delivery files.
• Execute Post Goods Issue (PGI), create remitos, release forms and Code of Transfer Operations (COT).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in international procurement, material planning and inventory management.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
