Real Estate & Expansion Manager

About the role

The Real Estate & Expansion Manager is responsible for day‑to‑day operations and strategic growth of Levi’s store portfolio across owned, operated, commissionaire and franchise models in Mexico. The role ensures profitable performance, strong tenant relationships, and alignment with the broader retail and real‑estate strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute expansion plans, negotiate and close new store deals across all retail models.
• Manage the existing portfolio – openings, refits, relocations, closures – to improve profitability and brand visibility.
• Lead negotiations with landlords, conduct rent reviews, and maintain relationships with brokers, mall operators and developers.
• Prepare and present data for Retail Property Board approval and collaborate with Finance on P&L reporting.
• Support franchise growth by selecting partners, negotiating agreements and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in store network or real‑estate development, preferably in apparel or related retail sectors.
• Degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Proactive, priority‑driven decision‑making with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid schedule based in Polanco, Mexico City.

Required skills

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
• Strong knowledge of distribution, real‑estate market and retail competition.
• Familiarity with legal compliance and technical requirements of commercial spaces.
