Record to Report (R2R) Accountant – Puebla

About the role

We are seeking a Record to Report (R2R) Accountant to join SKF’s Finance Operation Center in Puebla, Mexico. The role supports month‑end close, financial reporting and GL monitoring, working closely with global finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, sundry invoicing and intercompany reconciliations for month‑end close.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Report monthly results using SAP BPC and ensure accuracy of GL accounts and system interfaces.
• Participate in process redesign and optimization of GL processes.
• Provide data‑driven insights with QlikView, Power BI and Power Query.
• Assist internal and external auditors with required documentation and queries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (mandatory).
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and solution‑orientation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
• Service‑oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
