Recruiter (English‑speaking, remote)

About the role

We are seeking an English‑speaking Recruiter to join Rise Collective’s fast‑growing recruiting team. Working closely with our Internal Recruiter, you will help source, screen and evaluate candidates for a variety of positions across the United States, Canada and global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and craft Boolean search strings.
• Post job openings in the Pinpoint ATS and on social platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Message prospective candidates with tailored copy and drive inbound/outbound applications.
• Conduct resume reviews, application form assessments and initial interview screenings.
• Maintain and expand referral networks, including outbound outreach to realtors via Zillow and Aloware.
• Create kickoff documents, job descriptions and respond to additional information requests.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot red‑flags in candidate profiles.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Willingness to learn from a senior recruiter with 500+ hires.

• Hourly compensation of $10‑$13 based on experience (approximately $1,700‑$2,250 per month).
