Recruiting Advisor

About the role

HP is looking for a Recruiting Advisor to join its Recruiting and Onboarding team for the Americas region. You will partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to design and execute talent acquisition strategies that attract diverse, high‑quality candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and business leaders across HP.
• Collaborate with managers and HRBPs to create strategic sourcing plans that meet hiring goals.
• Understand business culture, processes, and stakeholder needs throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Proactively source talent from HP’s internal pool and maximize internal and external referrals.
• Advise hiring managers on compliance with corporate and government hiring policies.
• Design talent attraction strategies using advanced business knowledge and subject‑matter expertise.
• Evaluate staffing tools, identify gaps, and propose improvements to leadership.

Required profile

• First‑level university degree preferred.
• 2+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience.
• Proven ability to source, recruit, and close hard‑to‑find, passive candidates.
• Strong knowledge of external recruitment market practices and technical talent trends.
• Advanced experience sourcing on job boards and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Analytical mindset for evaluating new solutions and long‑term needs.
• Ability to build partnerships across multiple business units.
• Collaborative approach with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Strong consulting, project management, and prioritization abilities.
