Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

DocuSign is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to partner with its Talent Acquisition team. In this fixed‑term position you will manage the end‑to‑end interview process, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule phone, virtual and occasional onsite interviews, coordinating with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers and interviewers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and interview teams regarding interview logistics and any changes.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System and ticketing system throughout the recruiting process.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer on scheduling processes and ATS usage to the Talent Acquisition team.
• Support recruiting events such as off‑site sessions and batch interview days.
• Perform other recruiting‑related administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a professional and meticulous approach.
• Excellent communication skills, able to interact with colleagues at all levels and regions.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while collaborating with the recruiting team.
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid model, attending the office at least two days per week.
