Amplify People is looking for a motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our remote team in Mexico. This junior‑level position offers a fast‑track into talent acquisition, giving you hands‑on experience with modern recruiting tools and processes while supporting our growing client base.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates across platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other job boards.
• Conduct outreach to build talent pipelines and generate candidate interest.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Zoho and JazzHR.
• Support recruiters with administrative tasks and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in building a career in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
