Recruiting Specialist

About the role

ROSEN Mexico is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join its Talent Acquisition team in Mexico City. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to source and attract top talent for the company's growing needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct meetings with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to define recruitment needs.
• Draft, align, and post job advertisements across multiple channels.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job boards, social media, employee referrals, cold calling, direct sourcing, and networking.
• Engage candidates through job fairs, campus recruiting, and grassroots campaigns.
• Conduct initial phone screens, recommend finalists, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Provide regular status updates to HR leadership and maintain urgency in filling positions.
• Manage the quality and effectiveness of the Applicant Tracking System.

Required profile

• High School Diploma; degree in HR or BBA with HR emphasis preferred.
• 3‑5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
