Recruitment Analyst

About the role

The Recruitment Analyst will lead full‑cycle recruitment activities across multiple business functions for The Coca‑Cola Company. You will partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand workforce needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers for a variety of roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking platforms, university partnerships and external channels.
• Develop recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives to strengthen market presence.
• Create and post engaging job advertisements to attract diverse, high‑performing candidates.
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Track requisitions, report on applicant flow, recruitment metrics and hiring activity.
• Partner with staffing agencies, headhunters and background investigation providers as needed.
• Research and implement new sourcing methods and recruiting technologies.
• Support annual recruiting strategy planning for CPS Mexico and Latin America.
• Collaborate on university outreach, hiring events and talent engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition with full‑cycle recruitment responsibility.
• Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, quality, information technology and other functions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and cultural awareness across multiple countries.
