Recruitment Consultant – Executive Leadership Sourcing (Remote)

About the role

Wilson is looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to lead executive leadership sourcing for clients in Mexico and Brazil. This remote position combines cutting‑edge recruitment strategies with market intelligence to deliver top talent and ensure exceptional client and candidate experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full selection process: source, screen, interview, and gather feedback from clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to attract both passive and active talent.
• Present qualified candidates, address hiring objections, and support final selection and compensation discussions.
• Maintain high client and candidate satisfaction while meeting weekly and monthly submit‑to‑hire targets.
• Update and manage reports, including ATS data and other administrative tasks.

• Proven experience performing all recruiting functions in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment.
• Ability to exceed performance goals and incorporate feedback effectively.
