Recruitment Coordinator – Remote (Mexico)

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Toronto‑based consultancy on a remote basis for candidates located in Mexico. This contract role supports the full recruitment lifecycle and helps our clients secure top talent efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate candidate records.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Assist in creating recruitment marketing materials and employer branding initiatives.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a consultancy environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
