Regional HR Manager – Bajio Region

About the role

We are seeking a Regional HR Manager to lead the human resources agenda across the Bajío region of Mexico. The role partners with business leaders to align HR programs with strategy, ensure legal compliance, and deliver a high‑quality employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Implement national HR strategies, policies and programs within the region, adapting them to local needs.
• Partner with regional leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, succession readiness and staffing.
• Lead end‑to‑end HR processes including recruitment coordination, onboarding, internal mobility, performance management, development planning, succession management and off‑boarding.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law, internal policies and ethical standards; manage employee‑relations cases and investigations.
• Drive consistent implementation of Talent & Culture programs, including post‑acquisition integrations.
• Support leaders in identifying development needs and deploying training aligned with business priorities.
• Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations to guarantee payroll accuracy, benefits administration and data integrity.
• Monitor and improve HR KPIs such as turnover, time‑to‑fill, engagement, absenteeism and performance cycles.
• Lead engagement initiatives and deploy DEI & wellbeing strategies aligned with global priorities.
• Manage change initiatives and organizational transformations, including integration of new entities.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability and operational stability.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar leadership role.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Solid knowledge of Mexican labor law.
• Experience in talent development, organizational design and change management.
• Analytical mindset with a results‑driven approach.
• Availability to operate across the Bajío / Central‑Southeast region.
