Regional Quality Manufacturing Manager – LATAM

About the role

The Regional Quality Manufacturing Manager will lead quality excellence across the LATAM region, ensuring that all production sites meet global standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. This role partners closely with PC and MU Quality teams to drive continuous improvement, mitigate risks, and support high‑quality product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate regional IIM activities, escalate risks to the Global category team, and manage final QM approval for FFPR.
• Monitor regional performance KPIs, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure consistent application of global standards while adapting to regional regulations.
• Support local sites with expertise, resource allocation, and compliance guidance.
• Define succession plans for PC/3PM QMs and lead regional audits and supplier assessments.
• Drive regional improvement initiatives and support new supplier selection.
• Participate in critical technical projects to assure quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Production Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or related sciences.
• Minimum 7 years of quality experience in manufacturing environments.
• Expert knowledge of cGMP and FDA requirements for OTC and cosmetic products.
• Advanced English proficiency and strong stakeholder management skills.
