Regional Sales Execution Manager – Chihuahua

About the role

As a Regional Sales Execution Manager you will own P&G’s in‑store execution strategy across the state of Chihuahua. You will work closely with a key regional retail chain to ensure the brand is optimally merchandised, promoted and visible at the point of purchase.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the in‑store execution plan, covering merchandising, planogram compliance, promotional activation and brand visibility.
• Act as the primary strategic partner for the Key Account Manager of the regional retail chain, building strong relationships with operative managers and stakeholders.
• Influence decision‑makers to position P&G as the preferred and best‑executed supplier within the chain.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of field sales representatives, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Analyse competitive retail landscape, shopper behaviour and market dynamics to create actionable sales strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong relationship‑building and influencing abilities.
• Proactive ownership and accountability.
