Regional Sales Trainer – DACH Region

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Sales Trainer to lead and implement our ECI sales training programs across the DACH region. You will work closely with country sales trainers, sales excellence teams and product management to elevate the performance of our medical-device sales force.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and coach sales training sessions, workshops and in-field co-travel activities throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Collaborate with Country Sales Trainers, Sales Excellence and Product Management to align training content with product strategy.
• Integrate sales tools, data insights and performance metrics into daily sales routines.
• Collect and provide structured field feedback to continuously improve ECI concepts.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in medical-device sales, sales training or sales excellence.
• Strong training and coaching abilities with a confident professional presence.
• Hands-on experience with structured sales methodologies.
• Fluent in English and German.
• High willingness to travel and an entrepreneurial mindset.
