Registered Nurse – TN Visa Sponsorship in New Mexico

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing center in Taos, New Mexico. This full‑time position offers a three‑year renewable contract with TN visa sponsorship for eligible candidates. The role involves providing high‑quality nursing care to a predominantly geriatric, bilingual (Spanish/English) patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in accordance with physician orders, center policies, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate charting, incident reporting, and documentation of patient condition changes.
• Manage narcotic counts, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction procedures.
• Utilize the Quality Life Manual to assess and monitor patient placement in appropriate programs.
• Communicate patient admissions, discharges, and room changes to relevant departments.
• Participate in physician rounds as needed.

Required profile

• Valid RN license in your home country.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Proficient in English; Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

• Clinical nursing competencies within scope of practice.
• Accurate medical documentation and charting.
• Knowledge of narcotic handling and pharmacy procedures.
