Remote Accounting Analyst

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a remote Accounting Analyst to become the primary internal contact for financial information. You will ensure accurate transaction data, support monthly closing cycles, and help shape the accounting framework for a globally distributed team.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile accounts and verify cost‑center allocations.
• Compile financial statements and register accruals.
• Apply corrections in the accounting system and generate reports to aid decision‑making.
• Participate in regular monthly closing cycles.
• Use data‑retrieval tools to prepare and process accounting information according to company standards.

Required profile

• Experience in accounting, accounts payable, bookkeeping, or accounts receivable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or NetSuite.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
