Remote Call Center Recruiter (High-Volume Hiring)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Call Center Recruiter to drive high-volume talent acquisition for Innova Software Services. You will own the end-to-end hiring process for customer support, technical support and telesales positions, using Ceipal ATS to manage pipelines and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain full data integrity in Ceipal ATS, posting jobs, tracking candidate profiles and updating pipelines daily.
• Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn, as well as internal databases and alternative networks.
• Conduct rapid initial screenings to assess communication skills, language proficiency, shift flexibility and cultural fit.
• Utilise Ceipal’s automated emailing or texting tools to engage candidates and reduce drop-out rates.
• Manage candidate pipelines through to onboarding, aiming for high joining ratios.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of dedicated experience in bulk or mass hiring for call centres, customer service or BPO environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Ceipal ATS for pipeline management and candidate sourcing.
• Fluent in English (conversational) and Hindi (fully fluent) with strong verbal and written communication.
• Self‑starter, target‑oriented and able to work independently in a fully remote setting.
