Remote Litigation Paralegal / Legal Assistant (Growth Opportunity)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Litigation Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join a growing U.S. law firm on a full‑time remote basis. You will work directly with an attorney, handling litigation deadlines, client communication, and document preparation while building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a flawless litigation calendar and track all court deadlines.
• Organize and maintain client files, case records, and medical/evidentiary documents.
• Prepare forms, filings, and supporting documents for attorney review and signature.
• Track billable time and ensure accurate billing records.
• Conduct client interviews, gather facts, and provide regular case updates.
• Draft professional client communications and assist with routine legal correspondence.
• Pull evidence excerpts and assemble supporting materials for attorney review.

Required profile

• Experience in one or more areas such as Veterans Law, Social Security Disability, Workers' Compensation, Personal Injury, General Litigation, or Medical Records Review.
• Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines, organize large volumes of documentation, and communicate effectively with clients.
• Interest in growing responsibilities, including independent record review, drafting routine legal documents, and contributing to case strategy.
