Remote Paralegal – Personal Injury

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Paralegal to support our personal injury practice on a fully remote basis. The role involves assisting attorneys throughout the case lifecycle, from pre‑litigation preparation to final resolution, while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and legal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare demand packages, including liability analysis, damages summaries, and supporting documentation.
• Manage discovery processes: draft and respond to requests, organize sessions, and track related tasks.
• Communicate professionally via email with clients, creditors, opposing counsel, and attorneys.
• Request and submit documentation to trustees or third parties.
• Review financial records, billing statements, and supporting documentation.
• Organize medical records and billing documentation from providers.
• Upload and manage documents on trustee platforms, maintaining accurate dockets.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and legal requirements.
• Support attorneys throughout personal injury cases, from pre‑litigation to resolution.

Required profile

• Law degree (mandatory).
• Minimum 1.5 years experience in personal injury law or litigation within U.S. law firms.
• Fluent English (C1 level).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Availability Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST.
