Remote Real Estate Acquisitions Cold Caller

About the role

This remote position supports the Chief Investment Officer by generating real‑estate acquisition leads through outbound calls to property owners and commercial brokers. The caller will introduce the firm, qualify interest, and schedule meetings while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to multifamily and commercial property owners (≈60% of time), presenting the company and assessing selling interest.
• Engage commercial and multifamily brokers (≈25% of time), sharing acquisition criteria and requesting off‑market opportunities.
• Research owners, brokers, and properties, record details in the CRM, and produce regular call and opportunity reports (≈15% of time).
• Schedule qualified conversations between interested owners and the CIO and follow up with prospects who are not ready to sell.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of cold‑calling, outbound sales, or lead‑generation experience.
• Experience working with U.S. clients or companies is preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal); English C1/C2 level preferred.
• Strong telephone communication, listening, and qualification abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage a high volume of calls independently.
