About the role

Advantagy is seeking a remote Sales Development Representative to build and grow the sales pipeline for a manufacturer entering the U.S. market. This is a base‑plus‑commission position focused on high‑quality outbound outreach to high‑value channel partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to priority accounts such as distributors, independent reps, retailers, contractors, and other channel partners.
  • Execute daily outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and creative prospecting channels.
  • Build relationships with high‑value buyers and decision‑makers, book qualified meetings, and move prospects through the sales process.
  • Maintain clean CRM records, including contacts, companies, activities, notes, and deal status.
  • Provide weekly reporting on outreach volume, replies, meetings booked, opportunities created, and market feedback.
  • Coordinate product samples, collateral, spec sheets, pricing requests, and other sales materials as needed.
  • Track buying windows and align outreach with seasonal purchasing cycles.
  • Support trade‑show and event outreach before, during, and after key industry events.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of B2B outbound sales or sales development experience.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls to U.S.-based buyers.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Proven ability to book meetings and generate pipeline from cold prospects.
  • Experience with sales conversations, qualification, and closing support.
  • Self‑directed, organized, persistent, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Willingness to work in a base‑plus‑commission compensation structure.
