About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Staffing Consultant to analyze and manage its pool of vetted IT candidates. The role bridges Client Services, Sales, and Talent Acquisition, ensuring the right talent is matched with business opportunities worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, select, and present candidates for open IT positions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end vetting process on the client side.
• Maintain and clean the candidate pipeline and job openings according to defined guidelines.
• Communicate regularly with clients, Client Services, and Sales teams to align expectations and timelines.
• Meet time‑to‑market and revenue targets while ensuring high‑quality placements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as an IT Project Manager or similar client‑facing role.
• Strong analytical, adaptable, and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Business and process orientation with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Advanced English with articulate and eloquent communication skills.
