About the role
The Customer Service Representative will support both internal and external customers throughout the purchasing cycle, ensuring accurate and timely order processing, invoicing, and delivery. This position is based at our San Pedro Garza García office and works closely with the sales and logistics teams to maintain high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide status updates on purchase orders.
- Process and follow up on quotations and purchase orders.
- Resolve issues and offer support to internal and external customers.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
- Manage and maintain customer contracts.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar customer service role.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
