About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Campeche is responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring that progress matches project plans, technical specifications, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on‑site teams and subcontractors to guarantee quality and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate delivery and use of materials, equipment, and labor.
• Monitor timelines, costs, and overall project performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and applicable codes.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Technical education in civil engineering, construction management, architecture or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience supervising construction sites or acting as a resident engineer, preferably on Mexican projects.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to handle unexpected site conditions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
