Resort Assistant – Guest Services & Administration

About the role

The Assistant role at Gaviana Resort supports daily resort and restaurant operations in a vibrant beachfront setting. Working on‑site full‑time, you will interact directly with guests, handle inquiries, and help ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for both travelers and local visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate guest requests, answer questions, and provide information about resort services and amenities.
• Assist with reservations, manage documentation, and perform basic administrative tasks.
• Communicate with internal teams to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Maintain organized workspaces, monitor supplies, and support special events or guest activities.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guests and colleagues, contributing to an efficient environment.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with hospitality awareness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site, adapt to a fast‑paced environment, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Dependable, punctual, and flexible to work weekends or holidays.
• Proficiency in Spanish; English language skills are a plus.

Required skills
