Restaurant Server – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Server to join our restaurant team at One&Only Mandarina, a luxury resort in Riviera Nayarit, Mexico. The successful candidate will welcome guests, deliver personalized service and help create unforgettable dining experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously, taking orders and serving food and beverages.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, grooming and professionalism on and off the floor.
• Manage table allocations, server assignments and handle any service incidents efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Upsell menu items and respond to guest requests to exceed expectations.

Required profile

• Outstanding guest‑relations and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced level of English communication.
• Ability to stay organized and work effectively under pressure.
• Professional attitude and adherence to grooming standards.
