Retail Manager – Mexico

About the role

Skintific is seeking a passionate Retail Manager to lead its offline retail channels in Mexico. The role will be responsible for driving retail excellence, enhancing the consumer experience, and delivering strong sell‑out growth across all stores.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the retail excellence strategy for all offline locations.
• Lead beauty advisors, retail operations, and visual merchandising teams.
• Ensure consistent brand presentation and high‑quality in‑store consumer experience.
• Drive productivity, conversion, and sell‑out performance through KPI monitoring.
• Develop and maintain retail SOPs, service standards, and execution guidelines.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on campaigns, launches, and promotional activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports, account reviews, and business performance updates.
• Build strong relationships with retail partners and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of retail management experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics or FMCG.
• Proven experience managing beauty advisors and visual merchandising operations.
• Experience in multinational beauty or FMCG companies is preferred.
• Strong understanding of offline retail operations and consumer behavior.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
