Sales Account Executive – Mexico Market

Qureos is an AI‑powered hiring platform that helps organisations streamline recruitment. We are expanding across Latin America and need a Sales Account Executive to drive commercial growth in Mexico and the broader region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities across Mexico and Latin America.
• Conduct discovery meetings, deliver tailored product demos, and prepare commercial proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business to meet individual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate opportunity records and forecasts in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM.
• Collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to support acquisition and onboarding.
• Monitor market trends, identify partnership opportunities, and contribute insights for regional expansion.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of B2B or SaaS sales experience with full‑cycle responsibility.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience selling to mid‑market or enterprise organisations in Mexico.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and business‑level English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Understanding of enterprise procurement processes in Mexico.
