Sales Assistant I – Remote

About the role

caa is looking for a Sales Assistant I to serve as the operational backbone of its sales team. Working fully remote, you will keep the Zoho CRM clean, manage contracts, and ensure the sales floor runs smoothly so senior leaders can focus on closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy and hygiene of Zoho accounts, contacts, and tagging.
• Build, send, and process client contracts within two hours of receipt.
• Track weekly sales projections and update the hit‑rate tracker for leadership.
• Coordinate client deliverables such as artwork, logos, and headshots for reports.
• Manage print inventory with Century and communicate copy counts to advertisers.
• Train new sales team members on caa systems and processes.
• Support events by preparing invite lists, running RSVP training, and inviting clients.
• Report weekly sales admin status to the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in sales support, marketing, or administrative coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Marketing or Communications preferred.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and enjoys connecting people.
