Sales Development Representative

Wing Assistant is seeking a Sales Development Representative to fuel its growth by generating qualified sales opportunities. You will be on the front line of the go‑to‑market motion, identifying companies hiring for roles that Wing can support and booking meetings for Account Executives. This is an ideal position for an early‑career sales professional who wants to develop outbound skills quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify companies actively hiring for support roles such as executive, admin, customer, sales, recruiting, and operations assistants.
• Research target accounts to understand hiring needs, pain points, and how Wing’s AI‑enabled workforce solutions can add value.
• Conduct multi‑channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.) and run focused outbound campaigns.
• Hold discovery conversations to assess urgency, hiring intent, and openness to remote or AI‑augmented talent.
• Communicate Wing’s value proposition clearly and book qualified appointments for Account Executives.
• Monitor hiring signals, position Wing as a flexible alternative to traditional hiring, and educate prospects on remote/AI‑enabled workforce options.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth hand‑off of opportunities.

Required profile

• Highly motivated, competitive, and well‑organized with a strong drive to meet clear targets.
• Curious about AI, remote talent, and evolving workforce solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage founders, executives, HR leaders, and department heads.
• Early‑stage sales experience or a strong desire to launch a career in sales.
