Sales Development Representative – Outbound US Restaurant SMB

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting in the US SMB restaurant market. You will create qualified sales opportunities through multi‑channel outreach, research target accounts and lead initial qualification calls.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑activity, multi‑channel cadences (phone, email, social, video) to restaurant decision‑makers.
• Research and build target lists aligned to the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and personalize messaging.
• Conduct qualification calls to confirm fit, articulate value proposition and handle objections.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, log activities, and follow sequence standards.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on account plans and ensure high‑quality handoffs.
• Provide feedback to Marketing and leadership to improve campaigns.
• Participate in coaching, call reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal English proficiency.
• Experience with outbound SDR motions for SMB segments, including cold calling and email sequencing.
• Excellent organization, time‑management and ability to meet activity SLAs.
• Growth mindset, coachability and a customer‑first attitude.
