Sales & Leasing Specialist – Hybrid (Mexico City)

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Sales & Leasing Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective residents of a fast‑growing U.S. real‑estate investment firm. The role is hybrid, based in Mexico City with two days per week in the office, and focuses on delivering a warm, consistent experience that drives occupancy across multiple residential communities.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from prospective residents via phone, email and chat.
• Guide prospects through the leasing process, schedule tours, and close lease agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth move‑in experiences.
• Achieve monthly leasing targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with a friendly, customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet performance metrics.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working both remotely and on‑site.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM or leasing management software.

What we offer

• Base salary of $1,400 USD per month plus uncapped commissions (OTE $1,800‑$2,500+).
• Bi‑weekly base payments and monthly commission payouts.
