About the role
3M is seeking a Sales Representative for its Abrasives System Division in Tijuana. The role focuses on managing key markets, driving sales, and supporting distributors within the assigned territory.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute self‑directed sales coverage aligned with division objectives.
- Adjust business plans, set new objectives, and report market conditions.
- Lead account and prospect development, providing training and support to key distributors.
- Apply marketing policies, follow the selling process, and achieve sales targets.
- Demonstrate product applications and train internal and external customers.
- Prepare cost‑benefit analyses and maintain territory administration.
Required profile
- Industrial Engineer degree.
- Experience in industrial sales.
- Basic English proficiency.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% within the territory.
- Ability to prepare cost‑benefit analyses and Excel reports.
