About the role
The Sales Support Analyst 2 provides day‑to‑day client servicing within Citigroup’s commercial sales team in Tijuana. The role focuses on validating client data, coordinating internal resources, and delivering timely solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory and policy standards.
Key responsibilities
- Validate client information and documentation in internal systems.
- Coordinate and follow‑up with internal departments to resolve client issues.
- Provide feedback on emerging product needs and suggest process improvements.
- Analyze client data and generate required reports.
- Assess risk in business decisions, uphold Citi’s reputation, and ensure compliance with laws, policies, and ethical standards.
Required profile
- 0‑2 years of relevant experience in sales support or client services.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify data inconsistencies.
- Good understanding of how the team interacts with other functions.
Required skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
