SAP Vendor Master Data Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Vendor Master Data Specialist to lead the migration and ongoing management of vendor master data across our SAP landscape. You will work closely with the S/4HANA program, Source‑to‑Pay team and global stakeholders to ensure data quality, consistency and smooth go‑live transitions.

Key responsibilities

• Support migration from R/3 to S/4HANA using the SAP Business Partner concept via the Athena data platform.
• Execute attribute mapping, data transformation, business rule application and automation for vendor records.
• Manage testing, defect tracking and resolution throughout the rollout lifecycle.
• Provide hands‑on assistance during go‑live and hyper‑care phases to maintain vendor master data stability.
• Develop Power BI dashboards based on vendor data KPIs and compliance requirements.
• Implement supplier data transformations using Databricks and enhance data quality through automation and AI‑driven rules.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Vendor Data Specialist with the ability to lead teams.
• Strong functional knowledge of Source‑to‑Pay, procurement processes and SAP Business Partner concept.
• Deep understanding of ERP/S/4HANA environments and master data management.
• Excellent communication in English, proactive stakeholder management and structured problem‑solving.
