Search Engine Optimization Analyst

About the role

One Firefly is seeking a remote Search Engine Optimization Analyst to help clients improve search visibility, strengthen their websites, and turn SEO strategy into measurable progress. You will work closely with SEO Strategists and internal teams, using AI‑enhanced tools to deliver high‑quality, customized SEO work.

Key responsibilities

• Execute monthly on‑site SEO deliverables for a dedicated portfolio of client accounts in partnership with SEO Strategists.
• Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal links, and page content.
• Write, edit, and refine SEO‑focused content for existing pages and local landing pages.
• Support monthly and quarterly SEO reporting by compiling accurate data, drafting commentary, and aligning updates with client goals.
• Review client communications to understand business, market, and priorities.
• Leverage AI and SEO tools for research, reporting, ideation, content refinement, and workflow efficiency while ensuring final work is client‑specific.
• Assist with launch‑phase SEO updates and implementation tasks for new client accounts.

Required profile

• Fluent written and verbal English communication.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a professional remote work setup.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate with distributed teams.

Required skills

• On‑page SEO optimization (titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal links, content).
• Use of AI and SEO tools for research, reporting, and content refinement.
• Content writing and editing for SEO‑focused pages.
• Data compilation and reporting for monthly/quarterly SEO performance.
