Search Experience Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Search Experience Specialist to lead end‑to‑end search strategies for our clients. In this role you will shape SEO, GEO/AEO and content initiatives, ensuring measurable growth and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own comprehensive search experience strategies for assigned clients.
• Execute SEO, GEO/AEO and content plans, from keyword research to on‑page optimization.
• Manage workflow, assign tasks to support resources, and guarantee on‑time delivery of deliverables.
• Produce monthly performance reports and maintain internal and external tracking documents.
• Participate in internal team meetings and client calls, providing clear communication and updates.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude and Power Digital’s nova platform to accelerate research, reporting and quality assurance.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Fast learner with a strong desire to deepen SEO and content expertise.
• Team‑player who can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• SEO strategy and execution.
• Keyword research and content optimization.
• Experience with AI‑assisted workflows (e.g., Claude).
• Familiarity with proprietary platforms such as nova.
