About the role

Premier Capital Hellas SA is hiring seasonal restaurant crew members for its McDonald’s locations in Crete, Laganas and Santorini. The role involves joining a nationwide team that delivers the McDonald’s experience to thousands of guests each day during the busy tourist season.

Key responsibilities

Deliver the McDonald’s experience to guests by providing fast, friendly service.
Work on a rotating shift schedule to support restaurant operations throughout the week.

Required profile

High school diploma.
Good command of English.
Ability to work on a rotating schedule (different shifts during the week).
Team‑oriented mindset.
Passion for food.
Previous experience in a related field is an asset.
