Senior Associate – Project Management (Strategy & Managed Services)

About the role

PwC Acceleration Center is seeking a Senior Associate in Project Management to join its Strategy & Managed Services team. You will help turn strategy into execution by supporting complex, high‑impact initiatives across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects and programs end‑to‑end, ensuring delivery on time, scope, and budget.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders in fast‑paced environments.
• Apply Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies to drive execution and continuous improvement.
• Use data and insights for decision‑making, reporting, and risk management.
• Contribute to PMO governance, dashboards, and executive‑level communications.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in project or program management.
• Experience in complex or global environments; consulting background is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and traditional project‑management approaches.
• Comfortable with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Business‑analysis experience (requirements gathering, stakeholder analysis, data‑driven insights) is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder‑management experience.
• English proficiency required.
