Senior Business Analyst

About the role

The Senior Business Analyst will support the Front Office suite of applications across North American markets, ensuring solutions align with both customer and business requirements. The role involves frequent communication with management, technical teams, and other stakeholders to drive effective project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or participate in multiple projects, maintaining documentation, scope, schedules, and milestones.
• Identify, design, and implement process improvements through business and system analysis.
• Integrate new systems and processes with existing platforms while ensuring data quality and safety.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Conduct various testing activities and produce ad‑hoc reports to troubleshoot data issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Detail‑focused and comfortable working with data‑driven insights.
