Senior Collections Agent

About the role

The Senior Collections Agent will manage day‑to‑day accounts receivable and collection activities for Teletrac Navman across multiple regions, including Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States and Mexico. The role requires strong communication, problem‑solving and teamwork to ensure timely cash flow and maintain positive customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare customer balances for monthly Direct Debit payments.
• Own assigned accounts on the Teletrac Navman New Zealand and Australia ledgers.
• Document collection activities, schedule follow‑ups and maintain contacts in the Collection Management system.
• Use the Collection Management system to collect balances, resolve disputes and provide statements or invoice copies.
• Chase overdue accounts via phone, email and written communication, following standard guidelines.
• Recommend credit holds or service disabling to the Global Credit Control Manager.
• Review credit requests and obtain approvals before billing.
• Participate actively in daily AR department management activities.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of accounts receivable experience.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Excel.
• Experience with SAP is preferred; credit control experience is advantageous.
• Team‑player attitude, proactive problem‑solving and accountability.
