Senior Finance & Controlling (F&C) Controller – FP&A, IT & Digital Americas

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Finance & Controlling (F&C) Controller to lead the FP&A team for IT & Digital Americas. The role acts as a strategic financial copilot, providing trusted financial foundations, forward‑looking insight and disciplined value realization across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with IT & Digital leadership to drive financial planning, forecasting and performance management.
• Own end‑to‑end financial governance, ensuring accuracy, transparency and compliance with global and statutory requirements.
• Lead consolidation, reporting and cost‑allocation processes, safeguarding balance‑sheet integrity and audit readiness.
• Transform financial data into actionable insights, scenarios and performance narratives for leadership decision‑making.
• Support transformation initiatives, acquisitions, divestitures and special projects, ensuring clean financial cut‑overs and disciplined execution.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in finance, controlling or FP&A, preferably within IT or digital environments.
• Strong understanding of financial governance, cost allocation, capitalization and charge‑back mechanisms.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
• Excellent communication skills in Business English.
• Experience with transformation, acquisition or divestiture projects is a plus.
