Senior Frontend Engineer (React)

About the role

MedTrainer is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to design, build, and maintain high‑quality React applications that power its compliance platform for healthcare organizations. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, performant user interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Drive frontend architecture decisions for major React initiatives, establishing robust design patterns.
• Translate large product requirements into clear technical tasks and specifications.
• Write clean, compliant code and lead code reviews to mentor mid‑level engineers.
• Research emerging frameworks and recommend strategic upgrades or refactoring.
• Investigate and resolve complex bugs from root‑cause analysis through production deployment.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to validate requirements and implement reusable component libraries following design system guidelines.
• Maintain transparent communication about progress, blockers, and solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years focused on frontend development using React.
• Proven ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.
• Strong commitment to code quality, continuous improvement, and team performance.
