Senior Head of Regional Marketing LATAM

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Head of Regional Marketing for LATAM to shape inDrive’s growth and brand strategy across Mexico, Brazil, Chile, and Central America. This leader will own the end‑to‑end marketing agenda, driving passenger acquisition, retention, and brand awareness while championing a people‑first mobility platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute full‑funnel marketing plans that integrate performance, brand, offline channels, and partnerships.
• Translate business objectives into measurable marketing initiatives focused on user acquisition, retention, and brand growth.
• Lead a matrix‑structured, multi‑market team, ensuring consistent yet culturally relevant brand positioning.
• Allocate and optimize marketing spend to maximize ROI and impact on key business metrics.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Analytics, PR, and other functions to deliver scalable initiatives.
• Continuously improve marketing effectiveness through experimentation, data insights, and innovation.
• Mentor senior marketing leaders and build a strong leadership bench across the region.

Required profile

• 8+ years of digital consumer marketing experience, including 4–5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven ability to build and scale marketing teams in multicultural, matrix environments.
• Strong background with mobile‑first products, preferably in ride‑hailing, marketplaces, or high‑growth tech.
• Demonstrated success delivering large‑scale strategies with clear business impact.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
