About the role

Join Deloitte's Cyber team as a Senior Incident Response & Remediation Consultant in Queretaro, Mexico. You will work with global clients across multiple industries, helping them detect, analyze, and respond to cyber‑security incidents while minimizing business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose security issues using advanced analytical techniques and conduct staff interviews.
• Prepare and implement mitigation steps for a wide range of cyber‑attacks.
• Utilize SIEM, IDS/IPS, and threat‑intelligence platforms to detect and respond to incidents.
• Apply the MITRE ATT&CK framework to assess threats and shape response strategies.
• Document preparedness and remediation procedures for future reference.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve incident response processes.
• Participate in post‑incident reviews and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 6‑10+ years of consulting or industry experience in cybersecurity.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to lead project workstreams and teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem‑definition and solution‑proposal skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
