Senior Integrated Project Manager

About the role

Brandtech+ is seeking a Senior Integrated Project Manager to lead creative and production initiatives for global clients. The role is remote, based in Mexico, and requires fluency in English. You will work closely with the existing Project Management team to take projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring quality, profitability and adherence to BTG+ processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end delivery of digital, technology, film, CGI, motion design and print/POS projects across multiple accounts and time zones.
• Transform vague briefs into clear, scoped project plans, including costing, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners, establishing communication plans for all stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement of processes.
• Close projects, capture learnings and ensure standards are documented for future work.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing mid to high‑complexity projects in an advertising or creative agency environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on project profitability.
• Resilient mindset, able to thrive in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven settings.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work remotely with global teams.
