Senior Java Software Engineer – Fullstack (AI & Engineering)

About the role

Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) is seeking a Senior Java Software Engineer to join its AI & Engineering team. You will work on enterprise‑grade applications, helping global clients modernize their technology platforms while collaborating with a talented, cross‑functional group.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java‑based enterprise applications using Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs and production‑ready code.
• Lead development workstreams, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering standards.
• Integrate applications with databases, third‑party services, and cloud platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve defects, optimize performance, and support production environments.
• Engage with clients to diagnose issues, interview staff, formulate recommendations, and assist with implementation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior Java developer or consultant.
• Strong ability to work across front‑end and back‑end technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable collaborating in a global, multi‑disciplinary team.
